Great question, that idiot FF got rid of the leaders over a year a ago. Now we are lead by incompetent yes men across all sales Divisions. The so called leaders of CS are the biggest joke. The talent has left the company and now we have nothing creative on the sales and Marketing end. We need to be better with increased competition and we only have about a year and half left to sell Clobex. Who knows what happens then, but the smarter ones will be out of here and long gone before that inevitable day comes. We are on our last days here. This is a fact and is not really a subject for debate. But, some well intentioned but misinformed person from HR will tell us how everything is great at Galderma. Just not true anymore.
 




I agree. I have been with this company over a year and have learned 0
about true selling skills. The company I came from, which was not RX
was about selling, interaction, closing , with concrete real world real conversation

not about the same VIS AIDE spin. I'm tires of this crap.

Why do these managers go to the managers meeting to learn the visual aide data ?

They never help out in a call, they never add product conversation to a dinner or lunch,
they are just absentee observers and then criticizers.

Someone please train the DM's on how to be productive in the field with reps. Also, train them on how to get business when attending lunches or dinners , instead of
adding ZERO to the event.

Tell them she is a model Galderma sales rep...knows how to drink with the boys, fuck like a minx and can sell a bunch of bullshit to a professional. Her personality type is just like FF, FH and BJ...she's completely self absorbed.
