Many in RMMH. Too many people who don’t understand management or have leadership skills. When leaders blatantly ignore what employees say and do not care how they feel or are being treated by grown up bullies, the culture starts to rot. Just because a person has been at a company for a long time does not mean they are good at their job. In many cases, it’s just because they played the game and then they do the same with their team and a cycle begins.
