So with hq basically sneaking in these new syneos reps overnight and the fact that they are promoting Jardiance to endos surely a change is coming. So who needs to be nervous spec reps or pc3?

You obviously do not work at Lilly.
Spec reps are completely safe as they are promoting Mounjaro you dumb ass. That’s why we hired Syneos reps just to cover the committed Jardiance calls for our contract with BI since our Spec Reps are promoting Mounjaro
PC3 is completely safe too.
Drink bleach
Found the PC3
I agree with the above posters about our pipeline.
But I will also say that the PC3 position is a terrible one to have. BI does not need Lilly anymore. They have enough reps to maintain the market. It’s not a growth market.
You can look at Lilly hiring contract reps to call on Endos & realize that this is a short-term position with Jardiance. I’m guessing 2-3 years with it being more like 3 years
Spot on!Our Lilly pipeline is absolutely loaded.
No one & I mean no one should be nervous.
The only 2 sales divisions that may have an ink lining of worry might be Rheum & Neuro Spec but that would be a few years away.
Otherwise we will be expanding again
As a PC3 rep, if I can squeeze 3 years out of this, I'll consider that a huge win, and if I can't transition over to another position within Lilly, so be it; having Lilly on your resume can only be beneficial.
good luck. This PC3 job is horrible. I want out. My team tends to feel the same. BI can’t stand us. The overlaps are ridiculous. We are pissing off providers left and right.
Me, I’m an excited PC3! I get to go to work tomorrow and sell more Jardiance and Emgality!
Check back in next week.
