Who needs to be nervous

So with hq basically sneaking in these new syneos reps overnight and the fact that they are promoting Jardiance to endos surely a change is coming. So who needs to be nervous spec reps or pc3?

You obviously do not work at Lilly.

Spec reps are completely safe as they are promoting Mounjaro you dumb ass. That’s why we hired Syneos reps just to cover the committed Jardiance calls for our contract with BI since our Spec Reps are promoting Mounjaro

PC3 is completely safe too.

Found the PC3

I’m Spec Rep.

Good god could you be a more obvious troll? And you’re not even good at it.

Go back to your company’s board. Lilly will still be expanding again next year.

Sorry not sorry that your company has suck ass products & you have some old hag micro-manager & you wonder how much longer you have until you’re laid off…again

Our Lilly pipeline is absolutely loaded.
No one & I mean no one should be nervous.
The only 2 sales divisions that may have an ink lining of worry might be Rheum & Neuro Spec but that would be a few years away.

Otherwise we will be expanding again

I agree with the above posters about our pipeline.

But I will also say that the PC3 position is a terrible one to have. BI does not need Lilly anymore. They have enough reps to maintain the market. It’s not a growth market.

You can look at Lilly hiring contract reps to call on Endos & realize that this is a short term position with Jardiance. I’m guessing 2-3 years with it being more like 3 years

As a PC3 rep, if I can squeeze 3 years out of this, I'll consider that a huge win, and if I can't transition over to another position within Lilly, so be it; having Lilly on your resume can only be beneficial.

Spot on!
GI/Mirikizumab will be huge success just to name one product planned to launch early 2023!

good luck. This PC3 job is horrible. I want out. My team tends to feel the same. BI can’t stand us. The overlaps are ridiculous. We are pissing off providers left and right.

Same here with my team. Dead drugs. Jardiance is a good drug. It just has absolutely nothing new to grow with and is way weaker than Mounjaro.

Emgality is dead. We grew that tiny primary care market as much as we could already.

Watching Mounjaro reps get free money and max out bonus 4 weeks in to the quarter doesn’t help.

Old dead drugs & the ranking you inherited is tough to change. Oh you’re in last place, well if you want to win an award you need to move from last place to top 10% & you dint have any new info with Jardiance in years. Dud I mention your in class competitor has a cod indication that’s way bigger than CV? Oh and patients will be controlled on Mounjaro so Jardiance is regulated to only bring used for its CV indication. Good luck moving up the rankings lolol
