We all loved it when times were good but now the fear of layoff or termination everyday doesn't make us the best in RI anymore. Something not right here very few happy employees anymore. I've seem many of my friends riffed and it will happen again.

yes we have lost friends and we have lost alot of the perks and i hope it gets better but the economy has hurt so many companies. I am glad we are working for a company like amgen during this terrible time. All the people i know that have got riffed or lost there job have found good paying jobs i hope all that have lost there jobs here have found jobs. For someone like me this is by far the best job i have ever had and has giving me great opportunities. I really feel this CAFE Pharma is so negative. I guess it is a place to vent frustrations anyway just my take on things
