Endosurgery is a good division of the company. I recently left, but I have mostly good things to say about the company.
PRO's- Management completely stays off your back and let's you do your own thing if you are good. They are not in your face constantly and don't tell you how to take a piss in the morning. The group is fun. Charlie is great, but serious about success. If you go west, you will work for Shawn Gallipeu who is an amazing manager. They have a tremendous amount of respect for perfomers.
Cons: The prouducts suck and suck bad. They are way behind competitors and if you are seliing anything but the Uterine Manipulater, you better be prepared to sell on price. Endocap is a very cool consignment program which also helps, but the products still suck and doctors usually kick and scream at evaluations which is no fun. They constantly tell us that products are coming out on the market, but they never make it. They have had serious back order issues, products have been taken off the market because of bad paperwork.
Overall if you are looking to get into medical it is a great place to start. But be prepared. It does build character and make you better at what you do. Just be prepared to deal with alot of B.s.
