Who is to blame: Publicis or Orexo for failed drug launch?

Just read the Orexo press release about switching to Ventiv after less than a year of a three year contract. What is the real story going on here? I interviewed for a HCL job last summer and did not get an offer. Guessing a blessing in disguise?.

The correct answer is likely, yes, both are to blame. Two such amazingly screwed up poorly run companies working together. Complete incompetence on both sides since the very beginning. This is my second and LAST contract I work for PSS. From the very start with the lazy and moronic recruiters to my completely lazy manager. I truly hate this hole. Worst run company I have ever seen.

Going to look while doing the job. This thing can't last long with sales so low and the changes being made won't fix the fact that it's a shit product and the company doesn't have its act together. We get 0 respect in offices.

Its basically the same product as Suboxone so it is not a shit ass product. Problem is some, if not all, of your Reps don't know how to sell in this market. Good luck with that.

The turn over rate for HCL's is ridiculous. Upper management needs to consider offering perks for people to stay. We need more stability for the company/Product to succeed.

Tell that to our doctors! The patients don't like it in most cases. They don't even like the generic version of Suboxone, unless they are trying to get it to abuse it. I hear complaints every day about how Zubsolv doesn't work as well as Suboxone. It's not about selling, it's about a product that patients don't want to take, and are pissed if they are forced to b/c of their insurance. Great strategy!!

Go find a new job....people like you continue to drag this industry down. Oh wait you cant find a new job because you cannot sell . Just quit and take your superior skills elsewhere. Orexo should have canned half the sales force....lazy entitled bitches...whining about a company car....whining about salary...whining about bonus ....whining about fairness...you do not have to work here tired of all the bitching

Zig Fucking Ziglar couldn't sell this POS. It's a knockoff of Suboxone that doesn't work as well. I get that you have to put food on the table and pay rent, so I feel for you reps. But Orexo sold you swampland in Florida..."Ooh, it tastes better." That means jack shit to docs who treat addiction. "Less bupe!" Well, the patients have spoken, and the 1% market share you have reflects that. Ya see, less bupe in a sterile, clinical trial with cherry picked patients is NOT the real world. And patients want their 16mgs. They are hanging on to sobriety by a thread in most cases and rocking the boat doesn't fly. Orexo greatly underestimated the loyalty docs have to Suboxone, and they oversold the effectiveness of Zubsolv.

Drs will write whatever Health Plan tells thems to write - Suboxone's loyalty is with patients

who the hell "pays rent"? If you can't even take care of yourself enough to own a home and have to pay rent to someone else............sheesh.

Why would anyone employ such a loser?
