Who is this ARROGANT LEADER? He has no business working at B&L! See his quote below and my response to this little person.

“Sounds like a bunch of useless Soap on a Rope sales reps who are too immature to work here. I keep telling senior management to force the turn on half the reps every year or so to upgrade. Low education or skills and constant whining = Sales Rep. your bullshit Communications degree from Shitty U is worthless time to start firing more.”

(My Response)
You’re the epitome of a TERRIBLE MANAGER!

You think being a leader is by pushing your people instead of leading from the front. We need leaders that will roll up their sleeves and get dirty instead of being so self righteous. I can tell by your post that any success you have had is from others hard work you call your own!

You are only interested in YOU! You have been misdiagnosed as a manager in a Pharma Co instead of some used car lot sales manager sitting on his brain and yelling at his people to SELL, SELL, SELL!

You have no business being in a leadership role.

Leadership = Servant Leadership

“Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy that prioritizes the growth and well-being of employees over the organization's success. It's based on the idea that leaders should focus on the needs of their subordinates, helping them to develop and perform as well as possible. The goal is to create an inclusive environment where employees can thrive as their authentic selves.”

I’m sure you haven’t a clue about what I’m taking about.

How about doing B&L a favor and you exiting the company. You are arrogant and dangerous the way you feel you can affect people’s lives like they a cattle.

Leadership comes in many different shapes and forms. Unfortunately, you have the least important function of being a leader which is the “Title”!

Spot On! If I might add this additional information for our misguided friend.

Sound like this BOSS needs a lesson on Emotional Intelligence among other things. I found this today which I think it applies Quite nicely.

A leader makes people feel safe.
A boss makes people anxious.

When leaders focus on defending their egos, they create a culture of competition and fear.

Team members become hesitant to speak up, innovation stalls, and impacts progress.

On the other hand, when leaders prioritize the right solution, regardless of its source, they foster a culture of collaboration and trust.

Ideas flow freely, diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone feels empowered to contribute.

Great leaders understand that their role is to guide their team toward the best outcomes, not to be the sole source of wisdom.

Try some EI and your people will respond accordingly.

I’m cracking up at the title of this thread! Have you not noticed how the majority of people here are arrogant, with absolutely no reason to be. This is one of the lowest paying companies in the industry. You get what you pay for I guess, lol
