If Stuart spends 30 minutes with DL he knows he's not qualified.
JW going to be a DM for the southern reps, great he was not a good fit for the East.

I heard KC is being demoted and did not take the position. GA trying to pass his demotion
off as something he wanted. He took it because who would hire him?

Mr. President you are doing a great job, just a few more Middle Management to sit with, and then meet with the marketing people who have no marketing experience and were reps a few years back, they need to go too.

DL sucked at running the CutiScience Division just rode coat tails of the Clobex success that he had nothing to do with. No qualifications at all to even be a DM on the Aesthetic side. As far as GA concerned he should never have been put above a DM job in the first place. At least he is back at what he should have been doing all along. taking up space in a reps car.

Now for Marketing why we have 4- 5 people on these brands is absolutely insane. The marketing department has been run like a bad government program for years with bloated budgets irresponsible spending and way too much head count. You need 1-2 people on these brands tops with some little analyst running around. Not what we have had.

We are getting there but not out of the woods. The quotas on Aesthetics will be sky high to pay back Nestle and we need newer more innovative Rx products which we do not have. So the downsizing will have to continue on both the Sales and Marketing side for the Rx products. There is no way to get around the facts. At least some of the egos are getting what they should have gotten years ago.
