If I had a choice: Giovanni della Cioppa from Vaccines....he will be great - but doubt that he will come into Development in Basel, from beautiful Siena, Italy..... and the second person will be Sabri Markabi from Alcon .

Giovanni = Galvus failure to launch so I doubt Development will replay that tune (but he always seemed like a really compelling and intelligent person). Plenty of speculation about who will replace TM but the length of time for announcement makes me think there are issues with the original succession plan. Oh-oh.
