He insults his base of black voters, telling them to quit complainin' (dropping the end to seem 'more like them'), and to take off their slippers, implying their at home sitting on their butts.
Now he wants to try to give a cute quip about Perry denying 'climate change' while the state of Texas burns. No compassion for the thousands without homes, no wringing of hands trying to get them help like on the east coast. And no common sense that NO ONE denies the climate changes...just what causes it and what, if anything, we should do about it (or would we just make things worse).
