It may have to do with the sick, toxic sociopathic personalities that roam freely at BMS. NA is a nice person and bright which does not fit the BMS mold. And I do mean 'mold' in the true sense.

BMS wants to rid itself of Celgene! They will make life miserable for those from Celgene that have stayed! It will take awhile, but just like many other buyouts the mothership will flush the toilet regularly!
