That question is pretty broad - maybe if you narrowed the question down with a little bit more criteria it would help generate a more meaningful answer for you.

I think really pretty reps that are nice to ugly ones are respected the most...but then those ugly reps trump pretty ones every time if they're not ass kissing suck ups to their Managers.

Reps that aren't interested in currying favor with their RMs
Reps that don't hang on every word their RM says
Reps that don't pretend to be interested
Reps that actually do favors for other Reps
Reps that help other Reps
Reps that don't try to make others look bad
Reps that don't brag about how many awards they have
Reps that don't act like they "earned" President Club
Reps that don't sweat low numbers because they are doing their job regardless

Yikes, I never worked with anyone like this at Novartis! It's downright shameful. My pod was so completely dysfunctional.

The most respected reps left the company a long time ago on their terms. They had the foresight to jump to better opportunities rather than to just hang on and deal with the nightmare that we know now as Novartis.
