KB is a clown? How can that be since he was the star of the Elevate Program when he went through? Isn't that the ultimate proving ground for our future leaders?

KB was a very good TBM at Alkermes and no one here would dispute that.

Not sure he even did Elevate. This poster another (or the same) clown that works for Braeburn acting like he works for Alkermes.

Not a mass exodus but people are leaving. Not just sales but supporting functions too. Just places paying a lot better from the few I've talked to. With other co's giving average merit increases of 6.8% due to inflation and our company giving much less one can understand some will go to the money. None ive talked to left because they were super upset w culture or anything like that. Just low pay here compared to what other companies are now offering.

Because they are crappy reps and can’t get other jobs. Psych is an under performing joke
