Which big pharma company is going to buy us now???
No big pharma company will ever buy Galderma. Galderma is a pseudo-pharma / medical device / consumer company.Which big pharma company is going to buy us now???
Acella can’t afford the price tag.Came across the M&A team from Acella, and they seemed really interested, at least until I tell them to run the other way. Do believe the smoke blowing
ExGalderma here - I am with you in spiritGalderma could be split up and sold in pieces. Most likely scenario. Whatever the outcome, many more will lose their job in the process.
Very accurate statement. It seems Galderma cannot win whatever it does. The only way out is to split the business up and sell each unit separately. Even that could be a challenge but a more realistic scenario.Awful time to sell. Market for acquisitions sucks. Rates are rising so capital is harder to come about. Nobody has any interest in Rx as Nemo will take more and more money to bring to market at the same time the other products are dropping in profitability. We have already pulled back on the Cetaphil expansion as they realized that was short lived. Upper leadership has more turn over than a puppy mill. Aesthetics has more competition entering the market. They are doing good but can’t keep up the needed growth to fund the whole company. Good luck Galderma!
