The management team are novices and it shows. Mine is a complete lunatic. He is praising the team one minute then putting pressure on everyone saying they are underperforming. Valeant should fire this pathetic management team ASAP.

When will know if rolled over? Has anyone's manager said anything besides- everyone will be rolled over. Why have we heard not 1 word from leadership since the one call in December?
 












no one is getting rolled over. That was clear to us by our ash field ops manager on call Friday. They are not calling it a roll over. We could be offered a position with Valeant BUT that doesn't mean same salary as we have now. Finally got something from ashfield. However, they have placed numerous calls to Valeant and have heard nothing from them. Our insurance ends on 3/31 and that is our last paycheck from Ashfield. We also will not be paid for any unused but earned vacation days so take them this month. We are all screwed. Thank you MC for finally telling us something.

WOW - No one has the decency to be truthful and give a formal heads up that we are gonzo on the 3/31
the Regional Directors from Sprout that rolled over to Valeant are a bunch of lightweights at best. If ADDYI still ain't selling, their asses are gone too and because Valeant is so burdened with their own lawsuits and enormous debt, Good Luck to anyone looking to sue them or get paid for what is rightfully theirs.
 








So when are the rest of us going to be told this by our ops managers? Our Sprout managers are a scam just like bob and Cindy. None of them were ever qualified for their roles. They haven't told us crap and I will take what my ops manager tells me over my sprout rookie.

its definitely not a "roll over".
Here is a small tip for the Valeant folks...
it is impossible for the reps to give 100% effort when the sound of silence is deafening. Zero communication with regard to our employment/unemployment means people need to prepare for the worst. You have sucked what little morale that was left out of us.
What possible reason can exist for you not to do the decent thing and give some guidance as to what might be? People's financial well being hang in the balance.
The only thing that seems to be accurate is that Tracey and Ray are cold hearted. They know what they are doing to people and simply don't care. The lack of compassion and empathy from both Sprout and Valeant management is sickening. Its disgusting that you can treat people this way.

there is not enough time for a proper rollover of 140 plus reps.Any reps that quit have not been replaced. How many other hints do you need to know you need to focus on finding another job and your days are numbered at this shthole.
