Who’s lied the most to you from SN as a rep or an employee? For us reps I would say the sales directors are the biggest liars. They will tell you whatever they want, true or not to keep you trapped in the SN confusion of numbers and money. Sales 101, pay the people doing the work if you wanna grow. SN has a major issue paying people, don’t know if it’s tm’s, dm’s, directors all trying to get a piece of the pie and a bonus at the end of the year, what we have now is only getting worse as they dig in their heels. If SN wanted to grow they would do things different at the actual hospital level, nope, they keep the same BS in place every year and Reps refuse to sell over it and are taking offers as I type. Smith and Nephew has lost all direction, and is scrambling like we have never seen before. Anyone think otherwise?
