Who Gets Fired For The Makena Mistake

As a shareholder I can't believe KV hasn't done a better job after creating such a PR mess. Somebody needs to go for this incredible mistake. More bad press is coming and the MOD relationship is just the beginning.

I wonder if they have broken the covenants of the LOC by this price reduction? This may be the end of KV. They could sell the rights to the new product and pay back the bank. Operate the generic business as a stand alone, smaller company.

Yep, debt guys can't lose. Board is incompetent. GD & TMcH are wannabes who don't have a clue. Work for Marc for any period of time and eventually you learn to think like he does...how can I rip the next guy off and fill my own pockets. What goes around comes around...everybody left at Bridgeton is tainted and unemployable elsewhere. As they get increasingly desperate, they will do increasingly desperate things....expect to see more people going to jail before too long.

We haven't seen the bottom price yet either. Even though the list is at $690, the discounts from there are still going to be heavy. It is hard to compete when the compounded products are $15-20.
