Serious question: who do you call in P&O regarding bullying and harassment? I hate Mobi. I need an actual person.
Anyone?

Call the speak up line. I don’t have it offhand but if you search on one Novartis or the field rep quick links on SharePoint you should be able to find it
Not 100% sure but I think the speak up line may be better. P/O represent different areas so it may be easier to get someone through speak up. If you are being treated unfairly they will have to take some kind of action to investigate
Oh ABL retaliation is real here, trust me. They will get even and try to take you down. Ask yourself if it’s really worth the risk?that’s the part that I’m worried about: the investigation. Will they actually listen to the rep? Will they automatically side with the ABL? Am I better off not saying anything? I know leaving is the best option- the heck with this place- but until then…abl can me things miserable and I simply don’t know if I trust Novartis HR /Speak up. Tough.
Can I ask what the ABL is doing to you? I am a former ABL and hate to hear of anyone getting bullied by their manager. If you have concrete examples of how you are being treated differently than your co-workers (i.e. you are being singled out) you have a case. But I wouldn’t expect the ABL to have much action taken against home or her - most likely it would be a situation where it would be a coaching opportunity for the director who may come up with some kind of action plan for the ABL. If you are experiencing sexual harassment or something of that nature that’s a totally different story. I don’t think those types of issues can be swept under the rug so easily. If you do report your ABL and things only get worse for you, like an above poster said, you can always go out on leave for mental stress. But you need to start to document the mental stress now (for example start talking to a therapist - we have free sessions at Novartis through ESS) Others may disagree with my thoughts but I am speaking from experience

For real? They just sent out email about those services yesterday! Oh, Novartis.the speakup phone service has been canceled. the ethics line also no longer allows reporting.

Do not trust HR. They are not your friend and will gaslight you. Go on med leave for stress and find another job. (It is legal. You'll be paid. And your ABL can not contact you.)
just try calling the ethicspoint (aka speakup) hotline. the automated message is "novartis is no longer accepting reporting through ethicspoint" then click. also try the compliance hotline. you do not even get a message with that one. still dont believe me? go to the global address list in outlook. look up "speakup" general. there is no longer a phone number. blank! meaning they are no longer accepting anonymous or confidential reporting.Really? I don’t recall seeing anything with that announcement
This is so true.
while we all think that H.R is there to protect you
that is not the case, H.R first and foremost is there to protect the organization
