How about Doug Maley? Is he the creep that ran the West Area and made everyone manage reps to get calls in before 8:30 and after 4:30? What a jerk! How about Mr price increse announcement guy Jim Patnoe, that's all the guy ever did was send out price increase announcements! How much did they pay him for that? HDQ finally got there ASS WHOOPIN! Long overdue!!

What's stupid is everyone is having a conference call to discuss what was said on yesterdays call. Somebody ask your DM how much money we saved as a company by dumping those high priced salaries? And will there be more firings at the home office?

I'm TAP legacy and I'm sooooooo happy that both Patnoe and Wilson were cut. I was around when Wilson gutted the managed markets team of all TAP legacy people and Patnoe just sat there and allowed him to do it. I can't believe we didn't have any reprocussions on that one. And after the TAP RAM's were cut, what type of managed care support did we get. We got crap from RAM's that were aloof and coddled. That was the beginning of the downward slide for this company. I'm hoping these firings can help us get back on track as a company.

It's the first time in a long time me a little rank and file manager has agreed with firing decisions in a long long time. Good job. Let's right this ship!!

TAP legacy DM is right...it's about time upper management (good 'ol men's club) got sliced and diced. No more negative leadership and fear driven results. We've lost so many great employees due to Maley -alone. Looks like the Takeda men's basketball team needs some new players. Great things to come...happy for my peers in the West Area.

Very true about Patnoe. He allow KW to cut all the TAP legacy in managed markets when merger went down. Their blood is on his hands. How could anyone ever again be loyal to that guy after seeing he allowed over 90% of the merger cuts to come from his own team?

Ya, Patnoe seemed to be in way over his head from the start. Should have never been more than a DM in all honesty. He should feel lucky he bluffed his way through for so long.

Agreed! This will be a much better company with him and Wilson gone. I'm impressed with our new management. She learned the company and saw who should be let go. Good for her. I may start to like working here again and feel some loyalty to this company again. Chopping the culture killers and self promoters this week has been a great move in the right direction. Keep it up!!:)
