Account based selling is nothing new. Call it what you like. This has been a distraction and a waste of time and money. It just goes to show how out of touch upper management is. When this was presented someone with any knowledge of the business should have shot it down. Someone is making $ off this ridiculous nonsense. We’ve been doing this for years!!!!!!!!
 




How much more of this crap do we have to do? Two hours out of the field to listen to elementary stuff and then we go to breakouts and pretend we are all engaged. Please tell me it’s over after module3!!!!
 








I’m glad they let us fill out a questionnaire at the end of it. I left a horrible review. It wasn’t helpful and only a waste of time. I’m not doing anything differently because of it. Also, the lady leading it was obnoxious with all of her singing. I could barely stand it!
 




They’re demonstrating exactly how stupid they think the reps are. This is a waste of time and resources - an outdated remedial sales 101 course. And we have to excited about it! Positive feedback only! Ok I’ll bring my real scenario for you to throw your nonsense at.
here’s my very serious question that got surely put me on a list - how do measure the impact of these courses and coaching if we do not have any or accurate sales data with which to measure success?
Cv is growing more and more cult like every day. The only way to ‘succeed’ is to blindly follow direction. And by succeed I mean stay out if the fray until you can find an opportunity outside Novartis.

Dez stole this from GSK… this type of crap with the metrics/training etc destroyed that place and its morale in just a few short years.
