Watching this meltdown and reading posts I think of the type of person who would take the time to write.
The bitter rep who feels they were screwed. No coverage, no access, Bad mgr, unfair quota etc..
Likes to post how anyone that does well must have had good coverage, good access, good mgr. easy quota etc. can't accept that they couldn't overcome. Seems to me the majority of posters.
The scared rep. What's going to happen? Will we all be fired? How will I pay my bills? This kind of rep feels out of control, doesn't like it, but doesn't have the courage to fix what's here or move to another company probably 10%
The "told ya we are screwed"rep. Acts like a know it all but has no answers. Deep down really scared but won't admit it. Thinks he's a leader but is a follower
Good rep, hopes for the best, believes it's up to fate. Great when on the winning team, can't be counted on when things get tough. First to look for another job.
Good rep. Been here forever. Won't look elsewhere. Goes down with the ship. Knew it was sinking. Didn't or wouldn't or couldn't help much to change things.
Committed solid rep with a great attitude who did their best despite a bad situation. Takes comfort they did what they could but has nothing to regret. Will miss the people but knows their job isn't everything.
Finally, the total morons that threaten people, name callers, doomsdayers full of venom and hate.Total losers trying to spread the garbage that fills their souls
