I am the worst manager known.
I "work" in the Chicago land area.
I treat my team like s---.
I lie on FCR.
I have had reps call HR on me.
I scream discrimination anytime I am approached about my conduct/numbers.
I have never had good rankings as a DM, but still am able to keep my job???
I have been kicked out of multiple Doctor offices.
I do not have any idea how to motivate my team.
I use fear tactics-threats of performance plans.
I do not know how to sell, therefore, I do not know how to teach anyone to sell.
I can not be trusted.
I will do my best to demotivate you and make you hate your job.
Anything you say to me, I will turn it around and make you sound negative and bad at your job.
I will do everything in my power to ruin you so that I look better.

Can anyone guess who I am?

What a gem! all I can say is document, document, document! Document times, dates, exactly what the dirt ball says. If he says anything not appropriate--document with all the specifics! Tell the jerk first that his comments are not appropriate. Write down his response. Looser's like DL, give all DM's a bad name! Get him out of the system! HR will do nothing, or try to turn it around to you....call a lawyer! DSI will protect him to their highest ability so that they can avoid a law suite. You will need specific information for you lawyer.. Trust me, he is keeping documentation on you. Do not think he is your friend. He will throw you under the first bus to keep his dumb butt safe. If he writes anything incorrect on FCR's respond to ALL so that it is documented that his statements are incorrect. He is a monster! When you ride with him, keep any personal information away from him. He will use it against you. HR will not help you. Call a lawyer first and have them read over your documentation. They will prepare you to for HR! Good luck!

I hate to break it to you, but unfortunately that's the way 90% of the DM's are out there.....no matter what company. I agree, you can't work (especially sell) in that kind of enviornment. Just be professional. That's all you can really do. The more time you spend worrying about it, the more time you waste. I am just speaking from experience. Your on the right track about telling this guy or girl about how you feel. And when you do, definitely document the date, and what this DM says. And definitely let your HR dept know what you did. Because at the end of the day, its a he said, she said. Good luck. Everything will work out one way or the other. No worries.
 


















I have no idea but I do know that one of the Chicago manager's is interviewing. I was on an interview and the recruiter saw who I worked for and said he had interviewed one of DSI's current manager in Chicago.
 
























I can not tell you how happy I was to read this post about this monster. I was able to leave and move on to another company. How he is still employed, is the question that so many of have asked. what goes around, comes around my friend.
