All of the neuro managers and sales reps are on their way out over next 2 months dues to this EXPERIMENT. Everyone is so upset that this guy was gifted a GM position with no track record of ever managing anything near Acthar.

He was an "assistant" and that is the way he acts by pretending to know something and just talk, talk talk talk with ZERO substance and leadership.

The managers meeting was an example of exactly what is wrong. Ask the managers and you will understand the terrible mess he is causing.
 
























the list is endless and this is nothing like I've ever witnessed. There are four key main assets this guys is not able to provide-

1. Coaching and Development
2. Situational Leadership
3. Layered Coaching
4. Emotional Intelligence

There's no doubt that this guys has been coached or provided (Toastmasters), but to think that anyone bought that bullshit realted to Dave and Miles White having a personal relationship prior to the purchase of Questcor is simply a lie! I know these two and have confimred that their consulting Tim on how to lead.

News Flash! Acthar is complex, your sales force is more tenured than Tim and we have no respect for his past. I'm willing to accept that within 8 months-he'll pass the torch and his linked in page will state that he secured the Neurology Business, cleaned up the franchise and lost share to the previous year.

It's evident that everything that was shared with this leadership team by Don, Steve and Eldon...they ignored. when he falls I feel sorry for how he'll respond, it's likley that he'll need to re-evaluate and accept a positon that better fits his skill sets.

If he was smart, one would think that he would engage his RD's in seeking backfills so that the upcoming departures have a moderate effect on the 2016 sales. I'm not sure if he understands how to manage complexity or is willing to be more strategic and accept the level of change set to take place.

News Flash!!!! The retention package is so poorly written-I would accept the fact that this will more than likley go 'unpaid' to those that recieved this document. It's vague and subjective in favor of mallinckrodt.

Go be a secretary again and management please bring in someone who is experienced and knows how to lead and has held reputable positions in the past that would qualify him or her for a VP and GM role. MT has never been engaging with the sales force. This is the deep dark secret no one wants you to know about. Kevin T is his brother. That is a fact in case you can't easily see the resemblance in the face.

I cannot bare to hear or see this man speak or try to mumble and lead a Team again ever. I cannot take the insincere false stories and the ridiculous mannerisms on stage. The ONLY thing that keeps me halfway sane here is I think about my kids when I get up enough guts to just quit and walk away. Oh to be single again and have no responsibility I would have been out of here yesterday. This is truly a textbook case of the blind leading the blind.
