Check the box, over collaborate, email, conference call, voice mail mentality limits our time in front of the customer. So many “bosses”, with competing agendas. No clear leadership putting their foot down and allowing us to help patients. Thought we were hired to sell, but apparently that isn’t the priority at Relypsa.
 






it's all about your own agenda and talking over everyone else, especially in the east. a select few still can't get over the fact that they didn't get the director job. collaboration and transparency my ass. this place is steadily going downhill
 






BN is a people pleaser and too busy allowing every department an equal voice in what we do and yet most of them have never sold, or sold back in the dark ages. Real leaders understand they aren’t always popular but are paid to protect the business.
