I am. I plan on being here for another 15 yrs, and retire. The deadwood must be trimmed
tomkeep a healthy tree.... If you’re anxious and afraid, you’re deadwood. In your gut, you know you’re a slacker, ineffective, and should be cut.

Keep telling yourself this if it makes you feel better. In situations of rightsizing, anything can happen.
