Why is it that Forest's lackluster effort to increase diverse candidates leads the pharma industry?
African American managers are demoted at 4 times the rate of other pharma companies
African American women in Forest Management? I saw 2 in the room in Vegas.
African American men in Forest management: 6 times less than the national average.
White Males: 93% of management
# of African American's in Senior Management: 0
It's good to be white! (Unless your not)
 




































At a recent training class, in which everyone who was in commack for DM training goes to the cafe for lunch, all I saw was a sea of white guys, maybe 15+, 3 white women, no minorities.

Its good to be home again. Thank you forest for welcoming me in.

Everybody knows Forest is considered one of the lowest of the low in Pharma. It's no surprise that there are so few minorities in management (including women). Don't expect it to change. It's the good ole boy mentality here. If you ain't a good ole boy...you ain't gettin no promotion....
