Whistleblower

I think the FDA/ Compliance would like to hear about OraPharma's business strategies. I think a certain bank got in trouble for doing similar tactics. The pressure and expectations to sell NeutraSal are unrealistic and unethical. They failed to deliver the rinse 3 different times and then launched it with little warning and with expectations that were never sustained in the past. Talk about setting reps up for failure. I've heard of reps signing themselves and family members up for scripts because of pressure from upper managment. Horrible. I'd like an audit to see how many reps have done this and were the people actually patients of record for that doctor? I also like when confronted with how the #1 sales rep had got so many scripts, that managment said it was just hard work so need for him to share best practices to the rest of the sales force. I smell BS. Upper managment knows they are asking way too much because they screwed up so much in the past and now we have to pick up the pieces. I was told to bribe accounts to get scripts. Do whatever it takes!!!

Arestin is also typical Price gouging that Valeant is know for and illegally billing out a dental procedure as a script through patients pharmacy benefits. Quote - we are flying under the radar with pharmacy companies till we get caught. Wow!
I think it's about time Valeants feet are held to the fire and start doing what's best for patients instead of their greed running us into the ground. They haven't been doing the right thing for years and with an old sales rep at the helm, we are doomed. We need leadership fast!!!

Have you been clicking refresh on your browser for the last nine hours just waiting for someone to respond to your lame post?If you really wanted to do something about it, you would have contacted an attorney instead of posting it here.Or at least called Playboy.I hear those Enron chicks made a ton on their "whistleblower" issue

This is a really sad post. It is just another disgruntled employee who is probably not making their numbers and is using the blame game to justify their poor performance.

Instead of investigating how others are reaching goal or blaming the company for your poor performance, just go out and perform. No one feels bad for you except you.

Yes. Happening all too often. They get put a performance improvement plan because of low performance then lawyer up then decide to whistle-blow about something they deem not right. They can't get fired once they have a suit going. This country is screwed with people like this out there. And who would hire a whistle-blower again? It's public info once their is a settlement. I for one wouldn't.

its so sad when half the company isn't making their numbers. I doubt it's one person who is mad. It's so obvious when someone from managment post. They are sad and only care about themselves. This company has so many legal problems. It's pathetic. The entire managment team needs to get fired!!

Love it! We've seen the likes of you come and go. You hate your Manager. You're not making goal. All your sales friends laugh at you for selling a gimmick. Now you want to rat out people for vengeance. Your accusation is likely true. Reps filling Rx for themselves and families is nothing new. Just ask Matt! He's built his career here with that model. Get your resume ready and good luck out there. We'll be back here on cruise control. My Great Aunt has Perio and dry mouth. That's 2 NRX!
