get your documents prepaared there are (5) five of us with documentation that will bring this company to its knees watch and find out whats going on
you heard it here first former (Affluent) employees with time to get some real easy $$$ because you dont think this company is good at covering thier tracks,it's just the opposite typical hospira but this time we benefit

I hope you state your cause in a better manner to the lawyers than you did on this post. Not only can you not spell, you cannot compose a sentence that makes good sense, forget about grammer. Okay, you do not have to win the National Spelling Bee to post on these boards, but at least make it legible / readable.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY,,,JUST SAY IT!!

Lot's of talk goes on around Hospira. I don't see anybody doing anything except the 3 that brought the class action against abt and hsp. I see a bunch of passive aggressive puppets that want to please the boss, but have no backbone to question the crazy hsp decisions. Just wait until the
healthcare packet arrives in Oct. Remember those healthcare savings accounts? Get ready to pour more of your paycheck down the drain.

OK I'll SAY IT you are the dickhead spelling policeman , and you suck !!
You are a clueless moron a lawyer has nothing to do with this. the government agency that regulates these matters does now go do a crossword puzzle to sharpen your great spelling radar and get a life !!

No, the point is if you want credibility, you need to sound a little lucid, like you know what the HELL you are talking about. Like the previous post, lots of talking, but no go. As for informing them when they make a stupid decision, first it would be a full time job telling them, and secondly, when you do tell them, and I have and it goes no where except to the trouble maker list.

Lots of smoke, but there are many little fires out there. Promotions for the incompentent, while the workhorses toil away at finding new places of employment. Health benefits will suffer greatly next year - the meetings this week to inform management are nothing other than trying to sell ice to the Eskimos. Management manipulation of the month-end/quarter-end numbers do much to pump up their own bonuses, but everyone else will suffer - the only real planning that goes on is how to get to the "magic" number at the end of the current quarter, such short-sighted practices.

You started this posting, but you have yet to post anything of substance. Okay, you are going to personally bring Hospira to its knees. Great. So, what are you waiting for? You posted at 12:38am on a Wednesday. What, after some liquid courage? When do you plan on raining hellfire? Or, did you crawl back under your rock after you sobered up, you sniveling worthless son of a wiper of other people's bottoms! Your mother was a hampster and your father smelt of elderberries!

Ok so what have you done? It's been six months, and I don't see a whole lot of action. Where is the documentation? Are you pathetic or do you have backbone?

GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK) agreed to pay $750 million to settle charges that the drug making giant sold contaminated anti-nausea medication and baby ointment made at a now-closed Cidra plant in Puerto Rico.

The company will pay $600 million in civil fines and $150 million in criminal fines, the U.S. Justice Department said in a statement Tuesday. As part of the settlement, Cheryl Eckard, a former employee, will receive $96 million. Eckard alleged that GlaxoSmithKline fired her instead of addressing the issues cited in the lawsuit.

Can Hospira handle this type of civil fine We will soon see in the next year or so

You are responding to a thread that is over three years old. I doubt that jerk is still on here, but none the less your correction of asshole's is allowed. What former Hospira employee's are going to split the $90-100 Million award they will receive? I wonder what area they are in? I think the U.S Government has been getting poor quality goods from here and should be also paid back along with the heavy mega fine. What do you think about it ? How about the Austin area what do you think about QC ?

It is not going to matter. The top guys are jumping ship. Is it due to the company set for a short term gain while stealing from the long term success? Who cares about a fine and lawsuit and etc to come if the company is bankrupt. I have an opinion ... the simple answer is Abbott rid itself of a low profit division. Abbott made sure the transition team was well compensated with stock options. The company won the lawsuit over the screwed employees so its over and time to move on. Welcome to corporate America! Suckers
