There are a few opportunities that opened up within my state, I have a few years of device sales and would like to apply for one of these positions.

Which one has the better QOL, and stability within the company? I know that reprocessing is killing the disposable market, but what is the better opportunity here? How much difference is the pay between the two in total compensation? Any help is appreciated.

Good question. As a TL you will have responsibility for a large amount of products but few accounts. Energy has much less products with more accounts. Depending on experience as the Energy rep you may have a higher salary but with reprocessing you may not make much comission.

Although both positions have there challenges I would go with TL. QOL at jnj is pretty good if you can avoid getting bogged down in all the gossip that goes on. Tell me the state you are in and I can let you know how they are doing in forecast achievement, that would also big a big determining factor.
