You'll get the points and additional time to spend them. That's what happened to me.

If you are displaced they will send you a card like and AM EX but points to spend at many different places

As soon as you are notified that you are being let go you should have time to burn those points. I went into the system and used all my points within a week and the stuff came before Novartis took my computer.

I wonder if the bravo won from last year will be posted any time soon. Won through september and here we are at the end of feb. Seems a long time to post some points for people. Won some and would like to use them my self. Have a potential job before lay offs and would be nice to get those some time soon.

Heard we get them when President Club winner's take their trip.

I won PC a few years back and didn't go on the trip. You are right they posted them right around the time the trip was taken. When is the trip this year?
I would assume with impending layoff, they may be posted earlier this year

Don't count on them. Why would Novartis do the right thing. Earn a bonus three months before and if you leave they don't give it to you. Leave before bravos are issued I'm sure they wont give them to you. Seems illegal to earn something from Sept of last year and not have them yet. Another law suit waiting to happen.

I disagree with this

Granted I am a sceptic in the past but I think this time around, they are trying to do the right thing. I can't imagine that if you won an award whether it be PC, BE or MVP they wouldn't give you the small amount you should be getting
They may give you just the points on a card

If you leave before April 2, you won't get your Bravo points owed to you from last year. Shocking, but fact!!

LOL I wouldn't worry about those chicken feed BRAVO points you'll be lucky if they pay your Amex bill and your expenses on your last expenses. In my experience with several companies and what has been shared with me by other friends and colleagues is you wait forever before things are paid racking up penalties & interest etc it's a nightmare. I wouldn't spend a dime this month.
