Ive asked my rd so many times when we will have our txr/oxr final q2 pay out statement. Never knows the answer or just blows me off.
just wow supernus. Shame on you. It’s a real bad look to not pay the people who built this house place from the ground up - and make no mistake about it bc we damn sure did. And we are all way better than what this place is now.
Unbelievable that someone in management hasn’t been fired over this debacle. It seems like they are trying to run off all of the older reps. Really sad situation
I've been here since for almost 6 years. My manager treats me the exact same way as he treats new reps with 0 sales experience. It is absolutely terrible. They don't want to keep anyone making 100k in salary whatsoever.
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I’m staying put to punish Supernus and I recommend everyone do the same.

I could care less about Supernus at this point. The poster above and I are looking out for you. In 10 years Supernus won’t remember you, but you will remember the miserable time you spent working at a company you no longer believe in.

I'm averaging two scripts per week in my rolling 4. My RD says I am doing great and a top rep in my region. I don't need to tell myself anything my results speak for themselves. Haters gonna hate.
