Where to Look for Flex Time or Job Sharing

I am a former medical sales rep who left the industry for a few years to have kids. Now I'm interested in returning to pharma sales but would LOVE a flex time or job sharing position. From what I recall the trend was away from part timers when I was working. Is that still the case? If not, where are the best places to look for finding something flexible or part time?

Flex time tends to be w/the contract companies like Quintiles etc.

You probably don't want to hear this, but the reality is that you will likely have to go back full-time and be an exceptional performer for a couple of years before you can go flex-time. Most companies will favor their current top performers before they take in someone from the outside requesting a share right off the bat.
