A new challenge... a black box. I have been in this situation before... but with death as the outcome. Our outcome has not changed...still rare... and reversable...and still a benefit to patients. Stay the course... this is a valuable asset to those that need it.
 












Black box for a drug that does not extend life - is an issue.
VMS management does not warrant liver failure. This charade has morphed into a Hunger Games like experience on steroids. Those who got their walking papers may have received the kindest gift ever bestowed on mankind.
 






this is so sad… i am predicting that it gets pulled from marketplace. what is the value prop moving forward. extra monitoring means even more costs to health plans.
