Where is PO headed? What is the fate of the salesforce and will there be changes to come?

Headed into 4 different labs across America and weak products noone wants to use. No resources to support efforts and weak leaders who don’t know any of the thought leaders or how to run oncology business. They are ruining this division with their focus on Cologaurd.Like what? The advances in science and technology are moving very quickly in this space. The players will be dramatically different in 3 to 5 years. Just keep looking for the next big thing and enjoy what we have in the meantime. CG is great for today but change is inevitable. Blockbuster, Sony Walkman, VCR were dominant for a period of time. ES does not have the R&D to compete with others regardless of what Kevin tells everyone. He is a wizard that speaks circles around the analysts.Headed into 4 different labs across America and weak products noone wants to use. Not sure why Exact bought Genomic Health you should’ve left the company alone rather than rip it apart and lose relationships, respect and leaders that care about patients. Noone cares about you anymore here. It’s all bad and getting worse by the day. Sad to watch this happen.

Interesting try removing the sales force and see what happens without pull through support. The other products the doctors don’t need or want were bad purchases by a leader that doesnt know the business and thinks a one stop cancer stop story is what the stock needs. The shareholders are literally laughing at his portfolio, the portfolio product names and care continuum story. How long does it take for one patient to get screened, have early diagnosis then advance then have residual disease- what a waste of a portfolio. The buzz is that oncotype sells itself and doesn’t need a sales team. And MRD is a ways out.
I got all the answers I needed at the meeting. Good leaders take time when they roll out their plans to stop by and introduce themselves and/or make time to get on team calls and even better yet schedule 1:1 time with with the ROL’s. Given none of that is happening, we have a new yes man making decisions based on whatever his boss tells him. The knowledge, relationships and capacity of this company just changed. You don’t baser your leadership experiences at your bankrupt company to this one and not expect the same things to happen. Every company is different and with our me too pipeline we need someone that sees through that and is open to workshops about doing things differently. Not staring at 1/2 ass data trying to make sense of it and then thinking we need to know how to open and close calls. wtf kind of shit show is this ?Interesting try removing the sales force and see what happens without pull through support. Oncotype is gold onco everything else is a joke and not a salesforce problem. There are no resources there are no relationships there is no research. Lots of wasted time moving backwards. Tableau sucks btw who decided to use the screening resource? PO is headed backwards down the stairwell.

If you’re on the PO side, you know that it’s going nowhere. Me too products, shady billing practices, and an arrogant leadership team is not a recipe for success. Feel bad for all the reps that thought they were doing something big…
Sounds like a BB issue not PO’s fault. Would have rather seen GPS stay and expand breast tests not get a bunch of worthless companies after selling GPS and dismissing all the patients- was telling what was important to the company after that. Just bought worthless products and got rid of anyone with knowledge and history. I mean we hired someone who bankrupts companies now and that was the plan? Oh manFU
