Who cares! We dont get paid on Prolensa, Bromday, Bepreve or Alrex but the company makes a whole lot of money on what we do sell. Funny how that works. Just so motivating
What's de-motivating is how much money I used to make, how my goals used to be attainable and I could actually make money. I've never had a bonus under 10k, now it's a struggle to hit numbers and eek out 5k...it's bullshit!
Don't do anything extra at all! No programs no webinars etc. you won't get any bonus money. Hell we won't even have jobs at this point. Y bother! Company doesn't care so neither do we!
