Where is our 401k match

We won't be getting a 401k match or a salary increase because we are out of money. That's what the PIPs are all about. We can't even afford to pay severence to downsize. Mark my words this place will sink like the Titanic! Nobody wants to buy us. It's all over folks. The last person to leave please turn off the lights as we can't afford pay the electric bill.
 












My manager confirmed the match happens in February.......as does the annual increase. Man, you all whine like no other and make it so bad for the rest of us.

Why don't you ask HR if you are so concerned? What is productive about bitching on here? I hope all of you loud mouths speak up at the sales meeting! Its easy to hide behind your keyboard.
 






So your manager drinks the kool aid?! Before you pop off like you know something we had our 401k match July 2nd. Therefore we should have had our January match early January. You’re a pathetic loser. Know your facts asshole.
 












Our stock is the lowest it as ever been COB on Friday. All thst stock we were given when we were hired is barely worth anything and they match our 401K with Phathom stock. This place is a complete joke

The bigger question is why are YOU on here bud? We are all in good company in this chat room. It’s evident you are the outsider. No one has you by the neck making you read any of this. And just because it isn’t happening to you, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

They won’t be able to recover from this. We were sold on a pipe dream that has failed miserably. It’s over.

Some guy/gal posted some things they heard (not undisputed facts, but hearsay) and since it didn’t fit your narrative you call them a pathetic loser etc.
