I've worked for a few corporate companies, including Merial.  In terms of salary and bennies, its competitive with the other major players.  All the big boys are about the same...working for corporate becomes less fun over time as technology takes away a lot of our unique decision making.  Instead of the rep determining who, what, when they will call on and how they we develope the business, all the techy stuff determines it for you.  But all in all, the job is still a good one.  Beats working for a distributer and paying your own expenses, fighting over the same products with a dozen other companies and changing contracts every other year.  Go for the best offer...
