You have come to this company to shape it into your own and that is fine. You have made the decision to remove two individuals that truly make UHS a better organization. The changes with sales had to happen. As everyone in the company knows....UHS Sales is a hysterical joke and has been for several years. We can't even attain our revenue targets let alone develop meaningful relationships past the Materials Manager level. I'm glad the board finally put enough pressure on Gary to make a change in the sales leadership because UHS was in serious trouble if we stayed on the previous path. I look forward to you running the company within the next year, you know, since Gary's vision wasn't grand enough to cash out his 14 Million stocks options early.
