Where did thread on overtime suit from current employees go?

I'm sure the supreme court was involved and did not want Pfizer reps. knowing about their fair ruling. Why would you get overtime? It was the most ridiculous case I've ever seen. Try being a practitioner and working 60+ hours a week! We don't get overtime. We all have to pay back student loans. You all with your associates degree make more money then we do.
Although from reading this board we are so insecure. We read this board and our office is no reps or managers. We also don't take samples. Plenty more are doing the same thing.

That was very entertaining. As you know (or should) chiropractors can't prescribe medication nor can they take samples. The only ones that can prescribe are practitioners (MD/DO/PA/NP).
Are you asking if I'm a DO? Do you really want to add fuel to this fire? I would suggest STRONGLY that you not post derogatory comments about customers. I hope you had a wonderful 4th and that fireworks did not backfire on you. It happens usually when people get drunk. Seen plenty cases in the ER as third degree burns are extremely painful.

Did you actually read that article? It won't pass and even the chiropractic association is against it. I Don't practice in New Mexico and would never have the desire to even visit. I trained in the North and practice in the South. Does that satisfy your curiosity. Now run along back to your job. Remember no matter who wins the elections you won't have a job. The arrogance of some reps. is why we don't want to see them. You fit right into that category.

I originally posted it. Someone must have had it pulled. I'll keep putting it out there. My thought is that, that horrible husband/wife combo-the Zatorski's had it pulled. They had the thread pulled that referenced them the first time.
Maybe it was the tread about putting the employees on the list on a time clock.

The real arrogance is the doctors like you who get their license and don't keep up with new information regarding prescribing. You probably couldn't pass a test on the same information we're tested over on a regular basis. If your license depended on updated knowledge, you wouldn't have a job either.
Yes, the majority of officers that are 'closed' to reps represent doctors who are threatened by the fact their knowledge of our products isn't what ours, as erps, is. This is so silly. How could it be? We are specializing in our products. We can be a valuable source of knowledge for them but their false pride gets in the way. Too bad for them.

Yep - here you are a big cat ready to pounce on an unsuspecting kitten. I have no idea why you feel so strongly that pharmaceutical reps. should be paid overtime. You are all professionals and want us to view you all that way. Right? If you are a salaried employee then you are expected to work until the job is done. I'm sure you've had some busy weeks and others that weren't so difficult.
Even if the SC ruled in favor of overtime for reps. it would have caused many of your colleagues to lose their jobs.
We are your customers and at every turn reps. belittle us. We are insecure, arrogant, chiropractors, don't keep up with product information (even though we are required to take over 100 hrs of CME every year), reps. know more about medication then we do, etc.
Then reps. wonder why so many offices are "no-see reps." - You and whoever else participated on this thread should be embarrassed and ashamed.
If you REALLY are a doctor (which I seriously doubt) you wouldn't even be here. Learn to punctuate and you might be taken seriously.

You realize that their are all types of doctors (not medical ones either). For instance, PhDs, and PharmDs. Mr. grammar police I would suggest that you stop making derogatory comments.
