I would say that they are a joke because ortho made them that way. Alza was the fast growing pharma company in the world then along came ortho. I think that you are mistaking lack of selling skills with lack of motivation to work for such a shit company like ortho.

We suck b/c we were spoiled at ALZA. Plenty of money, bonuses were always great. Management was laid back, national director was awesome. Then we went to Ortho, re-alignements every year. Demotions from specialty to PCP, merit raises are not up to par. Management has a stick up their asses. Not a feel good environment. If you never worked at ALZA then you don't you what you missed. It was a great place to be Give it time OMP will eventually run off all of its good reps, not just the Alzans. I do hope that you may one day experience what we all know to be something great.
