Where are they now

I remember when this job was fun. Where did the few good leaders of this company go? There were a few that were motivational and got stuff done around here. There also were a lot of negative people that left. I don't care about them, but can't we try and bring back some of the good ones we lost over the years? People here are clueless now.

I agree but things will not change based on the company becoming public. Once that happened, everything changed, including management. As the stock continues to grow so will the pressure. Current RSD's are nothing but YES men and will throw anyone under the bus. Company morale is at a all time low but there will be others only blaming this due to AE's not hitting quota. Trust me, reps are tired of the BS coming from corporate.

AEs did a pretty good job last year - hitting all time highs for enrollments and patient starts. If they don't make quota this year it will be due to over inflated expectations and poor forecasting which has seemed to be a problem for several years. AEs are view as totally expendable because they are. New reps come in and do just as well as the ones they replaced in a short amount of time. The good ones will never stay here long - they will take their talents where they think they are appreciated. It has been happening and will continue to happen and it probably is no different at any other company of this size.

here we go again with this little clown from Mednet. Does he understand that he keeps telling people he f&#cking hates Cardionet people (for no reason) its going to get back to us. Mednet employees say outside a few of his "girls" that are highly paid, that place would stand up and cheer the day he is let go, they have been waiting for it.

Has he been in the meetings in Malvern this week? It sounds like he and TS and JK would have gotten along well. I seem to remember a slight cheer when those two muscle heads were sent packing too. Gym rats don't belong in suits
