You will get the goals when we want you to have them. Maybe we won't give them to you at all! It will keep you working hard, make your QTQ, keep your call average high, sample appropriately, close, close , close and do it with fair and balance and within our high ethical standards because Novartis is the PLACE TO BE! Ask your MD. He gets a goal from HQ ,and he probably already has them, checks on how much you make and how much he likes you and then hands out your goals. No joke

Goals never come out until they have significant dollar amount of actual goods sold( i.e. product shipped to wholesaler). This has been MO for 5 or 6 years, certainly since Exelon Patch launch when we received goals and MIR for quarter the same week. What a great system. We will get you goals after we see how much product you sell. Makes you want to go out bust your ass everyday for Novartis.
