Where are my FCR and annual reviews

Do you really think this is by accident? Problem is Novartis doesn't want you to have easy access to them. As you know when interviewing many hiring managers ask to see your field visit reports and year end last few year end reviews. If you don't have easy access to them it doesn't make it wasy for you to leave. It is that simple.

do you know where they are now? i dont want to call the helpdesk.

They are in the pile of labled Layoff List 2013

FCR's should be in lotus notes. They go back two years only. I don't remember what the time is, but go the the desktop type page in lotus notes and then I think it is under forms. You might have to search around, but they are in lotus notes section

Year end reviews are under pmp document tab, or at least they used to be.
You have to log in, and then scroll to the year you want. Should be in the upper right hand side above all the tabs for values and behaviors.

Hope that helps

Thank you for the help. Nice to know someone is supportive at this company.

I don't know if it's changed but try printing your annual from the pmp. It's not going to happen. The help desk is of no help & hr is even less helpful. I had to print screen captures- not optimal at all. It does seem as if they don't want you to have access to either hard copies or files which can be saved on thumb drives.

Thanks... And I'm not with the company anymore which might explain the helpful attitude.

No longer a part of the toxic environment and it feels good to be out... Even if it wasn't by choice.

Trying to get everything printed off before I left was not easy since so many people are unwilling to help.

Hope the info I provided gets you to where you need to be... I no longer have the computer so I can't give exact info, but that's where I recall finding it

It can be printed. I printed each annual review that was in PMP before I was downsized. The PMP system only goes back to 2007 or so. They are printable.
