Where is the accountability for RBDs who can’t put numbers on the board? They “coach” us like they are experts and yet go unchecked when they have ample time to move business. We just nod our heads and take their blather. But really we all see through the fact that the RBD got their job by portraying the woke culture. ABDs do not have the courage to call out this charade and get rid of these shams of RBDs. You know who you are.

RBD turns up heat on DBM. DBM turns up heat on DCS. DCS let go or leaves. RBD reports that all is fixed. Nothing changes. Now DBM is ran off. RBD hires new DBM with promise of change. Realignment. Go back to top, repeat. RBD’s are experts at policy. Only way they get fired is for a compliance issue.

That’s right. Ours is bat shit crazy with the so called direction that comes out of her mouth. People can’t get out of here fast enough. It’s like a fly swatter comes out of her mouth and people start dropping.

The accountability is not there because you have ACLs who are yes men and women with no knowledge of how to drive performance, hold people accountability and coach. They just believe in their own hype and let RBDs go unchecked as long as the RBDs fills their heads with garbage. They they jet off to some “LT” offsite and play at the beach. Not a bad gig
