When will we receive quarterly bonuses?

Does anyone know how long it will be before we receive OnCall's Premarin quarterly bonus or Pfizer's bonus? Also, the Pfizer quarterly bonus was supposed to be based on TRX goals but I've never seen what the goals are. Did anyone receive this info yet? Thanks.

Bonus supposed to be paid on the 4-15 paychecks. As to the criteria and calculations for the either the OnCall or Pfizer bonus, I've not heard a word. I actually would like to see some sort of sales data to see if I am having any effect in the territory. I have asked my DM a couple times if there is any territory data, and have not gotten a clear answer.

Now with them wanting the serial numbers of our our IPad big brother will track our every move!

Don't they already know to whom each iPad is issued? I'm more concerned this is a sign of trouble with the contract, when you combine that with the fact that they are now saying we will not receive any more samples until the end of the month. What good reason could there be to not give us any Q2 samples until the end of April? The samples we got for Q1 weren't even enough to last through March.

The bonuses are so small it is just stupid! Thanks Oncall for keeping all the money for you and to you Pfizer for being so cheap.

What part of "part time job" don't you understand?
Hmmmm. 500 per month = 6000 per year
On a 24000 per year that is a 25% bonus. Not that bad.......
Sooooooooo quit embarrassing yourself.

I've given up on the Pfizer bonus, if I get it then it's just gravy on top. I would rather have the Oncall bonus monthly as was promised in writing, but they ponied up for the qtr so I got paid. That's all I'm counting on. I like the product, the docs like the product, the share of voice we are giving is helping from having just drop off as was predicted. It's a old ass drug, and we are lucky to have samples. This won't last past two years in my estimation, at least at this level / amount of reps. I have this as a part time job, and I feel I'm lucky at that because I wouldn't want what the full time reps have to put up with. I like my DM, he's a good guy and I really couldn't ask for more. He know's I have a second job and he works with me on days that won't cause a conflict. It's been pretty fair after that nightmare training, so I'm going to hang around and see what happens unless the dream job comes along. Enjoy life my fellow counterparts. If you are young, don't take it so seriously, if you are older then embrace the knowledge you know you have and pass it on. The mistakes of the late 90's and early 2000's need to be erased from pharma completely. It's time to be a resource to each office, not just "Drug Rep is here". What do you want?
Be known, be someone who can help their patients, we have no budget and be honest about it, let them know your limitations, they will respect you for it. Ask to sit in on things that you are comfortable with, but we can't pay you for the old preceptorships we used to do, but we want to be here for you. If you have a problem, pharmacy out of stock, get there and find out if it's a wholesaler issue and pass that along to the mgmt. Just let them know that if you don't know the answer then we will get the answer. Sorry I don't have a pen for you, I don't want to go to jail for it, ha ha, laugh it off. Embrace the change, it's funny, It's challenging. Care about your counterpart again. Remember the early days, tossing pancakes on a budget so small that you had to use your own hot plate? I sure do. Well I will leave it at that....It's going to be okay I think. If this is your only job, or you want it to be your only job then you can do it. Make your plan and work your plan, but be happy people. Don't end up like these trolls that all they do is complain. We can all complain, but why can't we circle the wagons and support each other here. Lets do it folks.

What part of underpaid do you not understand? For professional part time pay this is slavery. Sooooooo shut up as you are really stupid to think "not that bad...."

Actually, idiot boy, I was referring to the bonus, not the salary. And for what is required, the pay isn't bad. Not great. but since there are No lunches, dinners, speaker programs, sharing rooms, business plans, " mandatory success stories" endless e mails, pod breakfasts or koolaid drinking trips to Orlando it works for me. Be grateful for what you have or leave.
