When will Sun pull the plug on Ilumya?

Any thoughts?
Oh you must not have been listening at the meeting. If this blown forecast continues there won’t be an Ilumya group next year. It really doesn’t matter since we won’t have a sales force then either. No bonus and harassing bosses will cure Sun of the TMs. Lesson learned by Sun? Nah

Any thoughts?

The losses in the US branded market are mounting with no end in sight. DTC is expensive and is not returning the amount needed to sustain the business. PDT isn't profitable enough to hold the ship from sinking. It will only be a matter of time before Sun India divests all assets and realizes they don't have the business mind to compete in the US market. They will go back to being generic pirates. Get out while you can.

As the Abbvie Riz market share goes up, the pressure will mount exponentially on SUN leadership and ownership. We can assume that the next national sales meeting will probably be even more painful than the recent farce in Orlando. The managers will feel it first. The drums are already beating. Expect emergency manager meetings to be called at least quarterly and for each manager to return to the field with major attitude. Unfortunately attitude will not produce sales. Fixing the HUB might.

I couldn’t agree more! Major attitude and snarky comments from my RSM will not help. Go read a how to be a good leader book and then come talk to me. I like to call my district “The Haves and the Have Nots.” Some territories are doing well and others are not. A lot of contributing factors to this reason but it has zero to do with the TM’s ability to sell. The “haves” are given the extra support and visits from the MSL, FRM, schmoozing from BM, etc., and the “have nots” hear crickets and then get the third degree. I’ve requested a small % of the treatment “the haves” get for me and my customers and again crickets but then get chewed out. I’ve been in sales a long time and playing favorites ruins morale and does not produce a winning team. It’s a poor reflection on the RSM. What a shit day! And for the haters, I really like the “haves” on my team, nothing personal and after 15-16 months of this it wears you down.

None of those managers have sold anything in 20 years. Sun wants them to show the TMs how to make this work? That TM group never even had a chance. This all starts from over promising sales and here are your consequences.

The sales promises are not the issue, it all rests on the HUB. If patients cannot gain access, all of the best salespersonship on earth will not matter. Fix the HUB and they can then make promises that can be kept. Right now, the joke continues.

If so why are heads not rolling?
Steve C and tea boy need to go

Speakers are all FL's buddies and those reps are at the top. The MSL are non-existent except in a couple areas. Being successful in terms of Ilumya is like being the bully on the short bus. It's nothing to brag about as this whole thing is a monumental failure. Being an award winner with the worst biologics launch in history isn't a selling point for your resume.

Oh you reps have all the answers always. Clueless. My favorite is when they tell me how to lead. Comical

Why do most of you idiots continue to discuss the same recycled garbage? Why are you still here? At this point it’s all on every TM to move on...If you are not convinced yet there is no hope for your low life ass.

Two questions then:
1. Why do you believe ?
2. If ‘...it’s all on every TM to move on...’ then isn’t that an admission that 100+ reps were bad hires ? Then who’s responsible for that ?
