Oh you must not have been listening at the meeting. If this blown forecast continues there won’t be an Ilumya group next year. It really doesn’t matter since we won’t have a sales force then either. No bonus and harassing bosses will cure Sun of the TMs. Lesson learned by Sun? NahAny thoughts?
Any thoughts?
The losses in the US branded market are mounting with no end in sight. DTC is expensive and is not returning the amount needed to sustain the business. PDT isn't profitable enough to hold the ship from sinking. It will only be a matter of time before Sun India divests all assets and realizes they don't have the business mind to compete in the US market. They will go back to being generic pirates. Get out while you can.
As the Abbvie Riz market share goes up, the pressure will mount exponentially on SUN leadership and ownership. We can assume that the next national sales meeting will probably be even more painful than the recent farce in Orlando. The managers will feel it first. The drums are already beating. Expect emergency manager meetings to be called at least quarterly and for each manager to return to the field with major attitude. Unfortunately attitude will not produce sales. Fixing the HUB might.
None of those managers have sold anything in 20 years. Sun wants them to show the TMs how to make this work? That TM group never even had a chance. This all starts from over promising sales and here are your consequences.
The sales promises are not the issue, it all rests on the HUB. If patients cannot gain access, all of the best salespersonship on earth will not matter. Fix the HUB and they can then make promises that can be kept. Right now, the joke continues.

Why do most of you idiots continue to discuss the same recycled garbage? Why are you still here? At this point it’s all on every TM to move on...If you are not convinced yet there is no hope for your low life ass.
Two questions then:
1. Why do you believe ?
2. If ‘...it’s all on every TM to move on...’ then isn’t that an admission that 100+ reps were bad hires ? Then who’s responsible for that ?
