When Will Stryker Lay Off the WRIGHT reps?

When will this happen? Doesn't seem to make sense, even in established markets, to have both companies reps calling on docs and in surgery.

Yea, cause no large medical device company has reps in the same territories for different divisions...

Oh wait....Abbott, Medtronic, Boston, J&J....

but there will certainly be a reduction of around 40%

How do you know they won't be taking out some of the Stryker trash? This is an opportunity to clean house. Poor performing reps on both sides will get their walking papers.

According to Stryker they have no trash. All reps are hired based on a formula. If they are in place, they will stay. Speaking for Ortho, those reps that were acquired through the WRIGHT purchase will most likely go as they do not fit the definition of a "Stryker Rep" and there is no need for doubling up. Be it good or bad that is the case. Doesn't matter what your territory is or relationships.......

I heard it was gonna start around October 2nd and run through October 16th. It was mentioned Cherry Rd will be ghost town by Thanksgiving with everyone jumping ship.

Cherry Rd is a joke anyhow. Most people sitting around twirling their thumbs waiting on catered lunches. Drain the swamp!
