When the drain starting circling....

Well, everyone posts to the R&D failures over the last 10 years as the root cause of the dumpster fire, and I can't argue with that. However, the gasoline on the dumpster fire stems from the decisions made after JG was ousted as President on the Commercial side. The decision to bring in KK rather than GB, started a systematic eradication of all pre-2013 DSI Leadership and Talent. Did some people have to go? Yup. Quite a few people in jobs in which they were over their head. That said, the approach of shooting all legacy DSI leaders in the back of the head, and targeting most of the people that followed them, as a way to make a statement that "This is Amgeni-Sankyo Now! Kneel before Zod", destroyed the culture and drove legions of talented, committed people away. The degenerate culture that resulted because of how Rob was able to run amok the last 4 years is undeniable. Look back to the day JG was ousted. The death spiral started there.

JG was walked out of the building, GB negotiated Savaysa label they've been gone for years and neither has landed a job. Get a dose of reality. Keller at least brought products here to give us a chance it's not his fault you can't sell a poop pill.

Pretty sure GB is doing just fine as a consultant. And I'm not sure that JG was walked out as you say. (Alt facts are not limited to the NYT and CNN!) I think all the original executives did just fine for marketing Benicar to the multi billion dollar success it became with the collaboration of a loyal and very successful sales team. When you have great leadership, success is an expected outcome. Sadly, there has been a leadership vacuum since GB and HP and BM left. Even more sadly, this is well known in the industry.
