What do you do when you tell RR exactly what to do and it falls on deaf ears? He has his agenda so guess we are going to run Opko into the ground....Is that the plan?
 












Just be thankful you don’t work in the West. I heard the new so called manager is wreaking havoc already. Instead of just one open territory, here, she got her first casualty. So two vacancies. More to come.

rr is a survivor (non capitalization intended). He is adept at doing whatever his leader tells him to do. So as long as Dr. Fuckface continues to play Monopoly with the lives of OPKO employees rr will continue to his and Charley’s bidding.
 






























What y’all think about email from rr explaining his shortcomings (no pun intended)? Truth is, it takes careful planning and time to reward the kool-aid drinkers. “Work is in process to reward them.” Is rr creating bogus job titles for them, just like he did for the farmer?

Former sales rep here. From the sound of this thread, it’s obvious things are not better with Opko Renal and RR really hasn’t turned things around as he was hired to do. Might be time to find the next NSD.
 






Nothing will change until Frost drops dead and at that time OPKO will be diced, sliced, and sold to provide for another building at University of Miami with the old bastards name in it. He gives absolutely zero fucks for anyone outside of his little clique.
 






Blaming it on the Frost-bite every time things don’t go right is in poor taste. The fact of the matter is Danny DeVito has done poorly in the NSD role, yet is so quick to turn on the sales force that’s enslaved to make sure there’s revenue to sustain his hefty salary, and those of the other empty suits in Renal.

Plenty of blame to go around for both Dr Senile and Mini Me. Don’t forget the ever promising but never delivering and always shilling Dr. (Phd not MD) Vitamin D. Funny how the new studies and indications never materialize or make it past poster sessions.

So very true. Those high-paying Director positions were created for midget’s boys. Gotta sell Rayaldee to pay their $300k salaries! Just take a look at goal attainment; a mere handful of territories are barely making IC payout, yet the boys were “promoted”. Wow.

Let’s give our tall minions more money, less responsibility, no financial accountability or sales goals, no reason to leave the house and a new title. Sounds reasonable to me.
