I can’t stand working for this POS company. But I want to hold out for my severance. What is everyone’s best guess on when the next primary care lay-off will be?
Actively look seriously and don't worry about the lay-off. There's good jobs out there and you get a jump on applying before the lay-offs happen. My friend JUST got a job after the "last" lay-off. Yea they got their severance but there was no job so the severance had to be used to live on. Go for the better job.
Shire Legacy begins February 1st. Good riddance!I wasn’t looking for career advice. Let me ask the question again....when is the next lay-off?

No don't give me practical advice just some BS to make me feel good..
How would you have any idea if this is practical advice. You have no idea what market I work in, how long I have been here, how much severance I could be leaving on the table, my age, etc.
Leaving isn’t always practical advice. Maybe staying is.....depending on when the next lay-off is. That’s why I asked a specific question and didn’t ask for career advice. So go f*ck yourself!
Great! They are all whiners and constantly try to stir up s**t at the district meetings. Bye Bye!Shire Legacy begins February 1st. Good riddance!
